WARNING! Protect your investment by making sure your entire steering system has been analyzed. Consider replacing both your power steering pump and your steering rack together at the same time as these two parts work in tandem and can affect one another. Always make sure your steering system has been properly flushed. Change you power steering fluids regularly and never run your pump low or without steering fluid. Only trust a certified automotive specialist with the installation of a component within your vehicle’s steering system.

Warranty Claims:

If a Steeringrack.eu product fails during normal use, return the defective unit to the original point of purchase at steeringrack.eu. After warranty approval, a replacement unit will be provided free of charge.
Please note:

  • steeringrack.eu does not cover labor costs related to removal, return, or installation.
  • steeringrack.eu does not cover postal or shipping costs associated with the warranty claim.
  • Warranty is void if the unit has been altered, damaged, misused, improperly installed, or contaminated.
  • Failure to properly flush the entire steering system voids this warranty.
  • Decisions on warranty claims are at the sole discretion of steeringrack.eu.

Warranty Policy

Steeringrack.eu guarantees that all our steering products, whether new or rebuilt, are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal vehicle use and service conditions. This warranty is valid to the original vehicle owner, provided ownership has not changed since the product installation.

Warranty Coverage and Duration:

  • Power steering racks (new or remanufactured) are covered for 12 months.
  • Electric power steering racks come with a 6-month warranty.
  • Power steering pumps (new or remanufactured) are covered for 12 months.
  • Steering columns (new or remanufactured) are covered for 12 months.
  • Steering gear boxes are covered for 12 months

Important:

To protect your investment, ensure your entire steering system is inspected and properly flushed. Replace both power steering pump and rack simultaneously if needed, and always use certified specialists for installation.
